The 2010s were a significant change, beginning with the Great East Japan Earthquake. The environment surrounding children has also changed dramatically. Artists have taken on the challenge of new themes and expressions and continue to send messages to children living today through picture books. This exhibition features picture books published between 2010 and 2021.
