The Atelier at Kawaguchi Art Gallery is a small art facility with no collection of its own. It aims to become a new space for expression in this manufacturing city, helping to realize ideas and desires related to the kinds of art that people who live here would like to encounter and enjoy. 
The Atelier is not just a venue for exhibiting artworks, but rather an establishment where people can experience art in various ways, transcending age and generational barriers to come together to make and think about art. It also hopes to promote learning and fun interaction with art for children. 
The Atelier conducts not just on-site workshops, but also travels to schools to conduct art-related courses.
The Atelier aims to involve residents of Kawaguchi and draw on the support of its valued volunteers to contribute to the creative life of the city, and is committed to providing high-quality programs that meet the needs of its audiences.
