Setsuryosha Museum of Art
Finished
The first planned exhibition of the year at the Setsuryosha Museum of Art is titled "Nihonga × Spring," featuring a display of selected artworks from the collection. The museum, founded by the late Kenichi Sasage, hosts various themed exhibitions annually based on the extensive art collection built up over many years. The "Nihonga × Spring" exhibition focuses on Japanese paintings that evoke the spirit of spring, capturing the lively and warm essence of the season. Approximately 40 artworks will be showcased, depicting Japanese themes such as stories, figures, objects, and landscapes, reflecting the beauty of Japan's nature, flowers, and scenery, either through traditional themes or pieces created through sketching and observation.
