Etsuko Yagyu
Etsuko Yagyu (1929-2020) worked on movie costume design in all genres, from modern to period drama. This exhibition features many designs donated by the artist during her lifetime, including designs from Hadaka no Taisho, Sir Galahad in Campus, Furin Kazan, and The Silk Road, through which Etsuko Yagyu’s work as a pioneer in the golden age of Japanese cinema can be seen.
