Akira Yoshimura
Gallery Forest is pleased to present an exhibition featuring the works of Akira Yoshimura. After gaining attention as an urban snapshot photographer in the mid-1980s, Yoshimura's style changed drastically in the 1990s, when he released a series of controversial works that questioned the nature of history and his existence. This exhibition traces Yoshimura's journey as an artist and guides the audience through his photographer's gaze.
