"Fist of the North Star," a manga masterpiece that has sold more than 100 million copies worldwide, began serialization in 1983. The manga, created by Buronson, who wrote the original story, and Tetsuo Hara, who drew the illustrations, continues to be read and loved by many people to this day.

In 2023, the 40th anniversary of the serialization, the first and largest exhibition of original "Fist of the North Star" paintings in history will be held. The exhibition will feature the fascinating characters created by Buronson, powerful original illustrations by Tetsuo Hara, 136 episodes of approximately 3,000 pages up to the Rao story arc, and a selection of color illustrations.

The exhibition traces the powerful story of the series in six chapters under the theme of “love.” Kenshiro, the main character, is devoted to self-sacrificing love for others.
