Gallery 5: The Art of Kodama Taking "Kodama (Mystery of the Streets)" by Belgian painter Paul Delvaux as a starting point, this exhibition will introduce the various echoes that can be found between works and within a single work. Gustav Klimt's "Life is a Battle (The Golden Knight)" and Pablo Picasso's "Woman with Blue Shoulders" are exhibited in this room.
Room 6: Kodori Mitamura, Green on the Mountain An installation work, "Green on the Mountain" by Mitsudori Mitamura, which develops from a photo of an unknown family that was recorded on a negative film obtained by chance, will be exhibited for the first time in Aichi Prefecture.
Room 7: Braque and Picasso, Cubism and "Return to Order The first public showing of Georges Braque's "Bathing Woman and Three Fruits," which was newly donated this year. The exhibition focuses on Braque and Picasso, introducing the change from pre-World War I Cubism to the postwar "return to order," a classical trend.
Exhibition Room 8: Fallon and Graphic Art, Collection of Sadamitsu Kimura Belgian-born graphic artist Jean-Michel Folon colorfully depicted contemporary society and its inhabitants with a unique satirical sense of humor. This exhibition introduces his graphic works, including posters and original illustrations.
