Hiromi Matsuo
Illustrator Hiromi Matsuo (1980-), known for beautifully depicting a retro-modern world, has gained popularity. The female figures exude a fragrant color and are adorned with "Matsuo Hiromi-ism" in every corner, including costumes, accessories, buildings, logos, and more. Her unique artistic world captivates viewers.
This exhibition will showcase his representative works such as "Hyakkaten Waltz" and "Magazine Rondo" (Jitsugyo no Nihonsha), as well as provide an early preview of her latest work scheduled to be released in April 2024 by Kawade Shobo Shinsha.
This is the eagerly anticipated first solo exhibition in Tokyo for the rising illustrator.
