Keisuke Serizawa
Keisuke Serizawa, who had loved making picture books since he was in elementary school, made his debut as a dyeing artist and produced as many as 50 picture books during his lifetime, which were affectionately called "Serizawa books" by his admirers.
This exhibition features 20 of Serizawa's picture books and 50 of his illustrations for novels and stories, showing Serizawa's significant footprints in the world of picture books and illustrations.
