Keith Boadwee
This is California-based artist Keith Boadwee's second exhibition at the gallery. There will be 12 oil on canvas works based on anthropomorphic animals, a motif Boadwee has been exploring in recent years. The portraits challenge theories about identity and loss of self as new portraits without assumptions about gender, race, or class. Boadwee's archival materials from the 1990s will also be on display alongside the works by the artist.
