Artists

Kenji Sakai
Kenji Sakai is an artist who uses techniques like silkscreen and oil painting. In this exhibition, he presents a new series of geometric paintings influenced by recent wars, disasters, and childhood memories of playing with Nikitin blocks. Inspired by constantly changing architecture, Sakai's works explore themes of reconstruction and change. The geometric shapes create depth, inviting viewers to interpret landscapes and experience new perspectives.
*Nikitin's Building Blocks: Colored educational building blocks invented by the Russian educator Nikitin.
