Kenta Senekt
Kenta Senekt began his artistic journey in 2007, focusing on live painting. Later, he transitioned to murals and paintings, creating a series centered around portraits and hands. After experiencing life abroad in Melbourne and Berlin, he is currently based in Osaka, where he continues his artistic endeavors.
In this exhibition, he showcases his abstract painting series "Arrangement," which he began in 2023, drawing inspiration from Japan's familiar daily life scenes and architectural materials. In this series, he employs techniques such as spraying, airbrushing, and splattering to arrange abstract color fields on the canvas like a collage. The diverse landscapes and elements he encountered in various countries are transformed within him, resulting in paintings that sometimes evoke organic entities such as the universe, nature, cells, and atoms, generating multiple variations.
