Kiyoji Otsuji
Kiyoji Otsuji took experimental photographs at Nobuya Abe's Atelier, featured in publications as "new theatrical photographs by a modern artist." Some iconic images, such as "Object" and "Portrait of the Artist," became well-known. Recently discovered glass plate negatives reveal fascinating images and previously unseen details not visible in period prints. This collection showcases unpublished and alternate cut photos, highlighting the experimental collaboration between Otsuji and Abe.
