Masahiro Hasunuma
Masahiro Hasunuma, known for creating paintings and animations that captivate audiences, is holding a solo exhibition in Yokohama. Responding to spaces and situations, Hasunuma has developed a deep contemplation and exploratory approach to "images," resulting in a diverse range of works including paintings, photographs, videos, and the hand-cranked animation device "Kinora." In recent years, Hasunuma's creative process has consciously involved repeatedly "destroying" and "reworking" the pieces along with the thoughts on them.
