Michio Hoshino
Michio Hoshino has longed for the nature of the north since he was a boy and lived in Alaska, the land of the far north. He was killed in an accident while conducting research, and even today, more than 25 years after his death, he continues to attract many fans with his heart-stopping photographs of nature and animals and his beautiful writings.

This exhibition will present a panoramic view of Michio Hoshino's photographs, from his first visit to a village in Alaska at the age of 20 to his photographs taken on the Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia just before his death, and will also include an exhibition of rare documents to trace the footsteps of Michio Hoshino, who died suddenly without completing his journey.

This exhibition reconstructs the photography exhibition of the same title held at Fuji Film Square in 2012, adding new representative work and delving deeper into the world of Michio Hoshino.
