Mika Pikazo
Mika Pikazo is a popular illustrator known for character designs in Nintendo RPG games and VTuber content. Their vivid use of colors and rich character expressions have garnered attention both domestically and internationally, expanding their presence in various fields. Their solo exhibition "ILY GIRL," held last summer, was a tremendous success, drawing around 35,000 visitors. This marks their fourth solo exhibition, but it's the first time they're showcasing their work as contemporary art.
This exhibition explores the theme of exploring real and fictional realms with a spacecraft and the two-dimensional humanity that ignites its existence. It presents a wide range of expression methods, including illustrations, animations transcending time and space, and spatial arrangements covered with pipes, offering a new development as contemporary art.
At the venue, original artwork, merchandise, and capsule toys of new creations will be available for purchase. Additionally, visitors can enjoy a variety of exhibitions, including interviews discussing highlights of the solo exhibition and autograph sessions.
