Taku Sometani Gallery is pleased to present Izumi, the gallery's first solo exhibition by Misako Kon. Since completing a master's degree at the University of Tsukuba, Kon has created paintings conceived as self-portraits using cosmetics such as lipstick, foundation, eye shadow and sunscreen as painting materials.
