Nagano Prefectural Art Museum
Finished

Artists

Kaita Murayama, Shoji Sekine, Hideo Noda, Shunsuke Matsumoto, Ken Yoshioka
From 2018 to the following year, the Nagano Prefectural Museum of Art acquired 390 paintings, drawings, and sculptures from the Shinano Drawing Museum (now the Kaita Epitaph Afterglow Museum) in Ueda City as the new Shinano Drawing Museum Collection, featuring the works of Keita Murayama, Shoji Sekine, Hideo Noda, and other prematurely deceased artists.

The Shinano Drawing Museum was a place for people to gather and interact with each other, as well as for the annual "Keita Memorial," held in memory of Keita Murayama on the anniversary of his death.

This special feature introduces approximately 110 selected works from the collection along with archival materials related to the activities of the Shinano Drawing Studio.
