Artists

Nana Kuromiya
Nana Kuromiya, a painter known for her innovative techniques and fantastical style, creates oil portraits and dyed washi paper works. Kuromiya's art explores the ambiguity of perception, using challenging materials and drawing to blur the line between imagination and reality. Inspired by Japanese mythology, Kuromiya's recent works involve sealing materials with beeswax. The current exhibition focuses on the abstract theme of "soul," featuring layered and tactile pieces, including a collaboration with Nomart studio.
