The relationship between color and form connects different elements and creates a complex visual experience. The sense of dynamism is as if a glass of water is constantly being filled and overflowing, pushing the boundaries of the individual works. The works of Nanae Mitobe and Kazuhito Kawai, both of whom use large quantities of pigments, maintain a state of equilibrium amid change and thus open up new possibilities.
