Curated by Matt Black, the exhibition brings together works by Kazuo Shiraga alongside those of Joe Bradley, Ida Ekblad, Aaron Garber-Maikovska, Spencer Lewis, Angel Otero, Marco Pariani, José Parlá, Ichi Tashiro, Pablo Tomek, Janaina Tschäpe and Anke Weyer.Bringing together artists from diverse cultural backgrounds—including the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia—the exhibition offers an opportunity to consider contemporary abstract painting from an international and multilayered perspective.
