Finished

Artists

Seiko Nakamura
In 1907, during the heyday of naturalistic literature, Seiko Nakamura (1884-1974) made his debut in the literary world with the novel "Shonenko" (The Boy's Journey). This exhibition will focus on his life and works. It is the first exhibition in 30 years since the 1994 special exhibition held at our institution. This exhibition will introduce the works left by this local literary figure who lived through the Meiji, Taisho, and Showa eras, revisiting his contributions.
