To celebrate the distinction of architect Eduardo Souto de Moura with the 2025 Praemium Imperiale of Japan in the field of architecture, the Portuguese Cultural Centre in Tokyo presents a set of several sketches from different works by the Portuguese architect. From November 25, 2025, to January 16, 2026, the Embassy of Portugal in Tokyo will host an exhibition entitled “Souto de Moura – Sketches.” Visitors will also be able to virtually explore the exhibition “Souto de Moura – Memory, Projects, Works,” produced by Casa da Arquitectura, as well as watch a video showcasing some of his most iconic works.
