The exhibition highlights the spaces within paintings and around sculptures that are often overlooked. It features a diverse collection of artworks spanning from the Edo period to contemporary art, accompanied by 12 keywords aimed at grasping the concept of art space. The exhibition explores the fascination of spaces that manipulate our perception, such as large sculptures that obscure depth, three-dimensionality, and perspective on a flat surface.
