Working within the traditional narrow vertical format of the tanzaku, 36.1 cm high × 6.1 cm wide, 23 artists create works that express their individual worlds. The exhibition brings together a diverse range of artistic practices, including oil painting, acrylic, Nihonga, watercolor and printmaking.
