Takeshi Hayashi
This exhibition marks Takeshi Hayashi's retirement from the artist's long-standing role as a teacher in Tokyo University of the Arts' Sculpture Department. It celebrates Hayashi's ongoing work, which explores material autonomy, the physicality of the artist and viewer, and the influence of the local environment, leading to many unexpected outcomes. The exhibition will include a cross-talk session with Hayashi and four other sculptors, as well as gallery talks.
