This exhibition is the sixth in a series of exhibitions presenting the results of research into the conservation of cultural properties "Japanese Painting and Sculpture," funded by the Hosen Cultural Foundation as part of its Japanese Painting and Sculpture Grant Program.

This exhibition will feature the works of 11 grant recipients from the 2022 and 2020 academic years. Along with the reproductions and carvings created by the grant recipients, explanatory panels and samples created in the course of their research will be used to elucidate the techniques and designs of classical painting and sculpture.
