Hiroshige Museum of Art, Ena
Finished

Artists

Hiroshige Utagawa
After the publication of "Tokaido Gojusantsugi-no-uchi" (commonly known as the "Hoeido Version"), which began around 1833 and was well received, Hiroshige Utagawa left behind more than 20 different editions of the Tokaido in his painting career. This exhibition focuses on representative prints, including the Hoeido version, and examines Hiroshige Utagawa's lifelong commitment to depicting the Tokaido.
