The Tokyo Culture Creation Project, in which the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture cooperate with arts and cultural organizations and art NPOs to create and disseminate art and culture that can compete with major cities around the world, nurture children through art and culture, and form diverse regional cultural centers, will use 3331 Arts Chiyoda will be used as a venue for various projects including the human resource development project of the "Tokyo Artpoint Project" and as a venue for lectures, group work, meetings, etc.
