Michiko Kon uses everyday objects such as fish, fruits, shoes, and hats as materials, combining them in mysterious ways to create objects she later photographs. Her detailed works and poetic worldview have been highly acclaimed in Japan and abroad. For Michiko Kon this is a first exhibition at Japanese museum, which will feature her early representative works as well as the newest works.
