Masao Maeda
Maeda Masao was born in Hakodate and was active as a leading modern Japanese print artist. 2024 marks the 120th anniversary of the artist’s birth. His artistic career is traced through approximately two hundred works including prints, sketches, and archival materials from our collection. The exhibition will be shown in two parts.

Part 1: Saturday, December 23, 2023 – Sunday, February 18, 2024
Part 2: Thursday, February 22 – Sunday, March 31, 2024
