Momoko Nakamura
Momoko Nakamura, born in Tokyo in 1991, graduated from the Visual Design Department of Kuwasawa Design School. After working at a graphic design firm, she is currently active as an artist/illustrator. In addition to exhibitions in Japan and various Asian countries, she has worked on a wide range of projects including advertisements, murals, magazines, music, and textiles for apparel brands. Her works are characterized by emotional "female figures" and "flowers" with biological features expressed in her unique worldview. She records her daily thoughts and feelings in notes and translates the worlds she imagines from those words into canvases, drawings, and three-dimensional works. The expressionless women depicted with powerful brushstrokes exude a captivating aura and leave room for us to feel as if they are appealing to us in some way.

In this exhibition "(angel)", new canvas works painted in oil and compositions incorporating three-dimensional pieces will be presented. Immerse yourself in Nakamura's enchanting and mysterious world of creations.

* The exhibited works in this exhibition will be available for sale exclusively through ArtSticker. Sales will commence on a first-come, first-served basis starting on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 8:00 AM.
