A place to experience "art" in a variety of interpretations. What is the purchase of a work of art for? How do artists create art? What effect does a work of art have on us? We are exploring the unknown use value of art, just as commodities have use value.
Through the viewing and purchase of artwork, conversations with artists, and residential programs, we are opening up the possibility of art as a place of healing, like a clinic, and as a place of learning, like an academy.
