Satoshi Yabuuchi, a leading Japanese sculptor known for creating "Sento-kun," conveys unseen energies through charming "Doji" characters, bringing smiles to viewers' faces. After serving as Vice President of Tokyo University of the Arts, Yabuuchi now directs the Nara Prefectural Museum of Art, contributing to art with expertise in restoring Buddhist statues. Wood carvings and bronze works, created using traditional techniques, will be featured in an exhibition themed "Yamato Power." The exhibition includes around 50 pieces, showcasing both new and recent works, inviting visitors to experience the joyful essence of these creations.
