Temporary Contemporary is an "alternative space" that has developed out of a contemporary gallery space set in an old warehouse.  The gallery has a particular rejuvenating energy: open concrete and white plaster walls that are multipurpose; high ceilings; a sense of serenity.

Temporary Contemporary strives to give contemporary artists a space to show work that is being created in our moment. This includes not just contemporary art or craft, but a myriad of mediums like live music shows, dance, plays, and fashion exhibits. In our hopes that this space will be the source of artistic inspiration, we also open up Temporary Contempary as a locale for symposiums and parties: this is a space in which people can come together.
