House of Ebata is an independent project space, located in Kunitachi, Tokyo. It offers artists and curators space and time for open and unconstrained experimentation. The space opened in 2013. Since then it has presented projects including installation, performance, sculpture, painting and video.
Surrounded by a wild garden, sited in a small house originally built in the 1960s with a main house from before the War, the space also functions as an occasional working studio where artists can prepare projects in a mini-residency context.
