Koto Ward Culture Center
Koto City Cultural Center, Koto City Community Cultural Center (Morishita, Koishiba, Toyosu, Kameido, Higashi-ojima, Sunamachi) and Koto City Community Center were established to promote the culture and welfare of the residents of Koto City. The Koto City Community Center provides a wide range of facilities to accommodate a variety of activities and serves as a hub for local community activities and lifelong learning.
