Shinozaki Bunka Plaza is a cultural complex consisting of a gallery that introduces the history, culture, and industry of Edogawa City, the Edogawa City Shinosaki Library, the Edogawa Sogo Seikatsu University, and the traditional craft cafe ‘Artisan’. The facility was established as a cultural facility where residents can deepen their understanding of traditional crafts, local industries, and the history and culture of Edogawa City, as well as use it for multiple purposes. It supports cultural, artistic, and lifelong learning activities of the residents of Edogawa Ward, aiming to pass on the culture of the residents and create a rich and unique culture.
