Built by Shigeshiro Kiuchi between 1902 and 1914, the western part of the building, which is a blend of Japanese and Western styles, was reconstructed and donated by Sunwood Corporation. As a modern architectural style, the building will be used as a civic gallery, with the main focus on providing visitors with an opportunity to appreciate the building's high historical value.
