Overground

Overground is a space of approximately 600㎡ bare concrete, located in the Hakata district of Fukuoka City, Japan. While presenting the works of artists and site specific experimental creations, this is a place where people freely will be able to exchange ideas and engage in a dialogue with local artists and art patrons. In tandem with these activities, efforts to nurture the cultural aspects of the financial city of Fukuoka and how it can communicate with other cities around the world, will be ongoing.
