“Mucha Immersive Exhibition”: Dive Into the World of Alphonse Mucha at the Grand Front Osaka

Grand Front Osaka is currently holding the “Mucha Immersive Exhibition” from December 9 through January 28, 2024. Approximately 150 original artworks are on display as well.

Grand Front Osaka is currently holding an immersive exhibition featuring the works of iconic Art Nouveau painter and designer Alphonse Mucha. The Mucha Immersive Exhibition is set to run from December 9 through January 28, 2024.

Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in Mucha’s’ unique, delicate, and timeless artworks brought to life by a high-resolution projector. The first part of the exhibition is dedicated to the glamorous and dynamic works from Paris, while the second part features works that portray the story and reflect Mucha’s love for his country. The highlights include masterpieces such as Gismonda, Monaco Monte-Carlo, JOB, and Dreams.

With the cooperation of the renowned Alphonse Mucha OGATA Collection, the exhibition will feature approximately 150 original works divided into four chapters. In addition, for the duration of the exhibition, the CAFE Lab. at the Grand Front Osaka North Building will offer the original menu inspired by Mucha’s iconic artworks.
