The Tokyo Contemporary Art Fair was first held in November 2007 with the aim of getting more art fans to come into casual contact with contemporary art, as well as to create a place where people could share the joy of owning art.
This year marks the 3rd installment of the fair, which will be held at Tokyo Bijutsu Club with the participation of 67 galleries, up from 40 last year. A wide variety of new works from up-and-coming and young emerging artists will be on display and for sale.
