Hiromitsu Nakazawa
Hiromitsu Nakazawa (1874–1964) was a prominent Western-style painter in the Meiji through Showa eras who also produced outstanding works of design. This exhibition, Nakazawa’s first major retrospective, takes a comprehensive look at his art with major oil paintings, watercolors, sketches, and book designs, shedding light on little-known aspects of his career.
