November 17, 2017 will mark exactly 100 years since the death of artist Auguste Rodin. In order to mark the occasion, the National Museum Of Western Art, Tokyo, which has many works by Rodin in its collection, will present a screening of the film “Divino Inferno (Rodin and the Gates of Hell),” which was itself produced to celebrate this centenary.

Event Date: Nov. 17 (Fri) 15:00-, 19:00- (doors open 30 mins. prior to start time, film duration is approx. 60 mins.)
The creators of this film will give an short introduction before the 19:00- screening.

*Numbered admission tickets will be available as of one hour before the start time for each screening from the 1st floor East Entrance (near to the stairs) of the Main Building. Tickets are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

■From 17:00 to 20:00 you can see the film trailer projected on the wall of the main building, viewable from the front garden.
