Bogdan Seredyak
Contrast is pleased to present the first solo exhibition of artist and architect Bogdan Seredyak in Japan.
This exhibition explores the ever-changing nature of architecture and asks the question, how do we rebuild destroyed buildings? How can we transcend the past while preserving its memory? Architecture is a collective memory, and historical continuity is at stake once destroyed. Focusing on Ukraine's postwar reconstruction, the exhibition will explore Ukraine's unique architectural design.
