Gallery Fu presents Blue Mouse and Pink Elephant, a two-person exhibition by Keigo Kuyama and Cute Fukuda, from November 11 to 22, 2026. Both artists studied Japanese-style painting at Tokyo University of the Arts and have since developed their own approaches to making art. Described by a mutual acquaintance as “seriously making unserious things,” their practices share a playful sensibility that brings reality and fantasy into unexpected dialogue. Inspired in part by the surreal sequence “Pink Elephants on Parade” from Disney’s Dumbo (1941), the exhibition invites visitors into imaginative worlds where familiar rules dissolve and unexpected possibilities emerge.
