Artists

Kenji Yanobe
Kenji Yanobe is a renowned contemporary artist in Japan known for his machine sculptures and large-scale sculptures that combine societal messages with uniqueness. This new artwork, part of the series featuring the cat "Ship's Cat," carries a message of bringing fortune while traveling. Set in the spacious atrium of Ginza Six, it portrays the galaxy, including Earth, with countless space cats dancing in the sky, and floating spaceships paying homage to the "Tower of the Sun." Yanobe, inheriting the creative genes of Taro Okamoto, weaves the dynamics of the universe from the Big Bang to the present into a new story of life.
