Artists

Osgemeos, Barry McGee
You’re gonna reclaim the city. These are the words of Barry McGee (b. San Francisco, 1966-), the world's most sought-after street artist.
This exhibition in Tokyo is the world’s first collaborative exhibition between Barry McGee and OSGEMEOS. Barry McGee unveiled a large mural at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art in 1998, which became the museum's permanent collection. He also created the world's largest mural installation at the Venice Biennale in 2001. OSGEMEOS (b. São Paulo, Brazil, 1974-) held a large, year-long exhibition at the Hirshhorn Museum in Washington. Their works, born of the streets, will undoubtedly bring a new cultural energy of freedom to Tokyo.
