Okinawa Prefectural Museum and Art Museum
The permanent exhibition of the Okimyu Museum introduces the unique nature, climate, history, and culture of Okinawa under the theme of "Living in the Sea and on the Islands.

The exhibition room is composed of a general exhibition that gives visitors a general overview of Okinawa, and five departmental exhibitions (natural history, archaeology, arts and crafts, history, and folklore), allowing visitors to experience the past and present of Okinawa through valuable materials, models, and films that focus on each theme.
