The Roppongi Art Night Executive Committee is pleased to announce Saturday, October 31 through Sunday, November 1, 2026, as the dates for Roppongi Art Night 2026, Roppongi’s renowned art festival. This year, the all-night event, at which visitors can enjoy art from sunset to dawn, will return to its original format for the first time in three years. Rediscover the energy of the city's nighttime atmosphere and fully enjoy the ultimate extraordinary experience happening only on this night, in Roppongi, through a series of late-night art tours and performances.
Launched in 2009, Roppongi Art Night is a large-scale cultural event spread throughout Roppongi, an area home to art museums, cultural facilities, large-scale complexes, and various shopping streets. A diverse range of contemporary art, design, music, video, performances, and more are scattered throughout the area, creating extraordinary experiences and encouraging a lifestyle focused on art. As Tokyo's leading art festival, it continues to create new value each year.
In celebration of this being the 15th time* holding this event, the featured program, RAN Focus, in which works by artists active in a specific country or region are highlighted, will look at France, home of the Nuit Blanche Festival (Sleepless Night Festival), which originally served as the model for Roppongi Art Night, bringing excitement to the sleepless city of Roppongi. Don't miss this one-night-only art feast as Roppongi is transformed!
*The 2011 event was canceled due to the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the 2020 and 2021 events were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
